2.2 Services include event filming, video production, live streaming, photography, post-production editing, and any additional media or creative work offered by us.
2.3 Content refers to all original material created, captured, or delivered by us, including video footage, audio recordings, photographs, edited videos, graphics, and other media.
2.4 Agreement refers to the legally binding contract formed when a client accepts a quote, makes a booking, or otherwise engages our Services.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into an Agreement with us. By engaging our Services, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into this contract.
3.2 If you are using our Services on behalf of an organisation or third party, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4.1 Film Your Event provides professional event filming, live streaming, photography, video production, post-production editing, and related Services. Our website contains descriptions of the Services offered; however, these descriptions are for guidance only and may not represent the exact scope of Services provided for a particular event.
4.2 Detailed specifications, timelines, locations, and pricing for Services will be agreed in writing (e.g., via email confirmation, signed quote, or booking form) before any work begins. Any verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing to be valid.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse any booking, service request, or project at our sole discretion, including but not limited to requests that are illegal, unsafe, or inconsistent with our brand and reputation.
5.1 To secure a booking, a client must complete the booking process as indicated on the Website or communicated via email, and pay any required deposit.
5.2 Deposits are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. The deposit confirms the booking and allows us to allocate resources, including crew and equipment, for your event.
5.3 Final payment must be made in full prior to the delivery of final Content, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of Content until full payment has been received.
5.4 Payments may be made via approved payment methods indicated on the Website or invoice. We are not responsible for any bank or transaction fees incurred during payment.
5.5 Any discounts, promotions, or offers are subject to their specific terms and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion.
6.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Additional fees may apply depending on timing and resources already committed.
6.2 Rescheduling is possible subject to availability. Additional costs may be incurred for changes that require additional crew, travel, or equipment.
6.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Services in the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as adverse weather, illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternative solutions.
7.1 All Content produced by Film Your Event remains the copyright of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes video footage, photographs, edited material, graphics, and any associated works.
7.2 Upon full payment, Clients are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the final delivered Content for personal, corporate, or promotional purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell, re-license, or redistribute Content to third-party stock marketplaces, unless expressly permitted in writing.
7.3 Clients may not remove watermarks, alter Content, or claim authorship without our prior written consent.
7.4 We may use the produced Content for our promotional purposes, portfolio, social media, marketing, or demonstration of Services, unless the Client has requested confidentiality in writing prior to the project.
8.1 Clients must ensure that all filming locations, talent, speakers, music, and other elements are legally cleared and permitted for filming.
8.2 Clients are responsible for obtaining permissions, licenses, or releases necessary for us to perform Services. We are not liable for claims arising from a Client’s failure to obtain required permissions.
8.3 Clients must provide accurate information regarding the event, location, and technical requirements, including internet access for live streaming if applicable.

11.2 Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms, the Website, or Services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the Service that gave rise to the claim.
11.3 We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services, and we are not responsible for loss of footage or errors caused by Client-supplied materials, equipment failures, or third-party services.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13.1 We may terminate or suspend Services immediately if a client breaches these Terms, engages in unlawful activities, or behaves in a manner detrimental to our business, staff, or reputation.
13.2 Termination does not affect accrued rights, including payment obligations or intellectual property rights.
14.1 We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
